We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Help Desk personnel to troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows XP, Windows 7, Office Suite, e-mail, Internet connections and hardware/peripherals.

Required Experience/Skills: Excellent communication skills - Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Office suite, remediating printing issues and troubleshooting connectivity problems, and effective troubleshooting and triaging required.

We are currently looking to add a Senior Engineer to our team, working remotely and at the client's site. You will be working with a wide range of technologies, performing tasks such as troubleshooting, network analysis and evaluation, as well as network design and installation. Our upcoming projects include server migrations, server virtualization and consolidation with VMWare and Hyper-V, Citrix VDI & Xenserver implementation, and multiple network evaluation projects.

Required Experience/Skills: - System administration for Windows Servers - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, domain controllers, and terminal servers - Working knowledge of IIS, Exchange, and SQL Server - SAN design and administration - Router/firewall/vpn configuration and maintenance - Understanding of 802.1q concepts - MCSE/MCSA/MCITP:SA/MCITP:EA (at least one) - Participate in on-call rotation to provide after hours support - Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Qualifications: - Experience with system virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, XenServer) - XenApp or RemoteApp implementation and administration - Experience with Citrix VDI design and implementation - CCA or CCEE - Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or comparable major.
