Brian Blakley leads Mytek with his 22 years of information technology (IT) experience, energy and innovation which leads to unique and cost-effective IT solutions. Mr. Blakley has performed and managed I.T. projects for nearly every industry and every size organization. He has directly provided IT support for the private and the public sector, as well as, small businesses with simple network systems to large enterprises requiring sophisticated solutions. Mr. Blakley has earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and currently maintains several certifications from Microsoft, Novell and Citrix. Additionally, he is a member of the Arizona Technology Council and serves on numerous technology committees throughout the Southwestern United States.
Katharine plans, directs, monitors, coordinates, interprets and administers all functional activities and policies related to treasury and finance, accounting, budgeting, payroll, and administrative needs. She has 20 years of combined experience in these fields.
Patrick brings over 20 years of service experience to MYTEK and is responsible for providing leadership, operational oversight and management to MYTEK’s Client Services practice.
During his professional career, Patrick has been employed with and provided service to enterprise and SMB organizations. Prior to joining MYTEK Network Solutions, he held VP positions over operations, technical support & customer care, and was responsible for enterprise account management, sales and service. He had also led and assisted with technical service engagements, help desk services, account management, product development, product quality assurance & fulfillment, and operational initiatives.
Patrick received his Bachelor Degree in Business Operation with a minor in Accounting from the DeVry University, formally DeVry Institute of Technology, and graduated Cum Laude.
Jennifer has worked in the customer service/call center field for over 18 years with the last 10 years being dedicated to Help Desk Management. She has extensive experience with both Enterprise and Small Business accounts and enjoys solving problems for people inside and outside of her job, making her the prefect person to address any Customer Service task. Jennifer was born and raised in Arizona and loves the summer months.
Ernie was born in Fairlawn, New Jersey and has been living in Arizona for over 3 decades now. He is mostly involved in his home, family, and the computer industry. Mr. Pomeroy has nearly 30 years of experience and with network, server and PC troubleshooting in tandem with front end website development and Access programming. Ernie is a jack of all trades and a master in Access Database Development.
Todd McCullough has over 24 years in the service business. His current focus at MYTEK is ensuring service delivery, providing leadership to field engineering, and quality project management. Todd has worked in the small business sector for over 20 years and also has enterprise-level experience as well. As an Atlanta native, Todd was educated at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Technical strengths include Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, and Citrix products. Todd is also a member of the Arizona Technology Council.
